Here it all kicks off again. Another shooting last night in St Marys Park. A young man in his 20's was shot at around 10.15pm last night and died from his injuries (apparently to the head). This gang fueding is spiraling more and more out of control. Who is doing something about it? Obviously if they are doing something it does not seem to be working.
Innocent people live in these areas who are not involved in these gang wars whatsoever yet they are afraid to go out in case there is a shooting and innocent bystanders get hurt. I know there is issues in a lot of areas in Limerick but I have to say i have seen no improvement in the way these people are handled. The Gardai just cant catch them yet they know who they are???? LIke that makes sense NOT. Come on what way is our society working when people cant walk out of their own homes for fear of their life.

Looks like the two people involved in the shooting were a 77 year old woman and a man in his eighties..
Can you imagine them running from the scene, walking sticks and all..Repsect to gangsta granny and grandad
What were they thinking... try get rid of a bit of scum before they popped off themselves was it....
